How to make Protein packed Nimki/mathri
Step-1
Mix all the dry ingredients except turmeric.
Step-2
Divide the above mix into three parts
Step-3
1) first part add spinach purée and make dough
2) second part add beet root purée and make dough
3) third part add methi leaves and turmeric and make dough
Step-4
Roll the dough and cut it into desired shape and size
Step-5
Now bake them at 160 C preheated oven or Airfryer until cooked and then at 180 until crisp
It takes around 10 min in airfryer per batch but it takes 20-30 min per batch in oven
