- › 20gm soya chunk (boil and grind like khima) 20gm besan 30gm Rice flour 2 or 3 colocasia leaves 1 chopped tomato dry spices turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt to taste
1. step 1 First chopped leaves and tomato and mix with nicely, add rice flour, besan,soya,dry ingredients mix together with little bit water till it gets dough consistency step 2 make the shape whatever you like or muthiya type,keep it in steamer for 15 min. step 3 once cooled,heat pan add oil and put some cumin seeds and shallow fry it from both the sides ready for eat.sprinkle some seasme seeds.
