- Soya chunks 60g
- Rajmah 80g
- Chopped Onion 50g
- Chopped Red chili
- Chopped Green chili
- Chopped coriander leaves
Soak Rajmah overnight and keep aside.
In a pot take soaked rajmah, soya chunks add water and salt and boil till rajmah is cooked. Once it’s boiled let it cool down.
In a mixer add boiled rajmah & soya chunks add salt rea chili powder and water if required very little and grind it.
Remove the mixture in a bowl and add chopped onion, red chili, green chili and coriander leaves and mix everything together. Make shape of tikki and air fry for 20 minutes at 180 degree.
Please note : check in between if one side is done you need to flip other side. You can fry it on a pan also.
