How to make Protein on the Carbs- Egg Paratha

Step-1

Make a dough with the flour

Step-2

Mash the potatoes and add the rest and adjust salt to taste

Step-3

Use a non stick tawa if you don’t want to add much of butter

Step-4

Now with the fillings and dough make a stuffed paratha. Role it thin as much as possible

Step-5

Meanwhile beat the eggs with some salt and pepper

Step-6

Allow the paratha to cook for a while on both the sides. Now make small punctures on the paratha using fork and pour the egg over the paratha and leave it until the egg gets cooked

Step-7

Trick is the tawa should not be over hot

Step-8

Keep spicy chutney or pickle or ketchup as a side..
