Ingredients for Protein Oat meal
- › 1. Whey Protein Chocolate flavour, 30 grams 2. Regular oats, 30 grams 3. Water.
1. 1. Boil water in a container and add oats to it. 2. Keep stirring the mixture occasionally for another minute. 3. Add whey protein to another container, add about 150 ml water to whey so that the whey protein settles well in the water. 4. Now slowly add this whey protein to the container that has oats, keep stirring the mixture slowly until whey and oats are completely mixed. Optional - Almonds, cashew nuts and raisin can be added as adhoc, after counting the calories. Enjoy
