  • Recipe Ingredients listWhey protein 1 scoop (Any flavor, preferably chocolate)
  • Recipe Ingredients listwheat flour 20gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listSugar substitute - 1tsp (Optional)
  • Recipe Ingredients listCocoa powder - 15gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listBaking soda - A pinch
  • Recipe Ingredients listBaking powder - A pinch
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt - A pinch
  • Recipe Ingredients listOil/ butter(melted) - 15 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listMilk / Curd - 30ML (If you are using milk, add 2 drops of vinegar)
  • Recipe Ingredients listVanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listBlack raisins - 20gms

Direction

Step-1

Add all the dry ingredients ( Wheat flour, whey protein, salt, sugar subscribe, baking soda, baking powder) to a mug and mix well.

Step-2

Add all the wet ingredients ( Oil, milk/curd) to the dry ingredients and give it a good mix.

Step-3

Add some black raisins and Microwave it at 900W for 2 mins.

Step-4

Tasty whey protein mug cake is ready.
