Protein Malai Mango
- Mango 100grms
- Milk 100ml
- Whey 1 scoop
Remove mango seed carefully and also take out all the pulp from the seed.
Add pulp in milk and let it boil for some time until the milk becomes thick. Turn off the flame and let it cool.
Mix whey with little amount of water just to prevent it from forming lumps.
Add chilled milk mixture to whey and mix it properly then pour all this mixer inside the mango and keep it in deep freezer for around 1hr.
