Ingredients for Protein loaded paneer beetroot paratha
- › 100 gms of Wheat Flour
- › 100 gms of grated Beetroot
- › 100 gms of grated Panneer
- › 1 green chilli
- › 1 piece of garlic
- › Finely chopped/coarsely grinded little coriander leaves
- › Little salt
- › Little pepper
Method
1. Make a dough using wheat flour
2. Make a small ball from the mixture of panneer,beetroot,chilli,garlic,corainder leaves,salt and pepper
3. Take a portion of a dough and make into a circle
4. Place a ball of stuffing inside the circle and fold the edges
5. Now gently roll it and even it out
6. Make hot parathas using ghee and serve it hot with green chutny or Tea
