Ingredients for protein kabab
- › soya chunks powder 40gm
- › paneer 95gm
- › cheese 45gm
- › whey 20gm
- › cauliflower
- › onion
1. Grate paneer, cheese,cauliflower.
2. Use fine chopped onion and green chillies .
3. Now mix all the ingredients including soya chunks powder.
4. Add salt ,chilli and other seasoning according to taste.
5. Give tikki shape to the mixture .
6. Fry them in microwave at fry mode for 20 mins .
7. You can roast them on tawa too just use ghee .
8. And serve them with chutney, tomato sauce or lassi.
