Ingredients for Protein idly Upma.
- › Idly/dosa batter - 85gms Onion -25gms Coconut oil - 10gms Soya chuncks - 30gms Capsicum - 50gms
1. Add batter to idly moulds and stream for 15mins to make idly’s . Now mash the idlys and keep it a side. Add oil to a pan and heat it at low flame, add a pinch of rai and jeera for tampering and add chopped onions and capsicum. Sauté it for 10mins. Meanwhile boil soya chuncks and squeeze the water. Now add soya chuncks and mashed idlys to the sauted veggies. Add salt, Coriander powder as per taste and sauté for 5mins. Tadaa ! A perfect evening snack is ready. You can have this for breakfast as per convince.
