in a cup of 100ml milk add sugar-free drops, whey and gelatin and stir till it mixes well. heat up coconut milk in very low flame stirring constantly. when it bubbles up at the side, switch off. cool down till you can put a finger inside without burning skin. keep under fan. add the coconut milk and the milk-whey-gelatin mix together, and put in a shape bowl of your choice. let cool completely. fridge overnight. inverse in a plate next day. decorate as per wish and serve!
