How to make Protein Gajar Halwa
Step-1
Grate gajar
Step-2
Microwave gajar with ghee and cook till cooked 70 percent
Step-3
Add milk and cook through
Step-4
Take a tawa and heat it. Add water to whey protein till it reaches thin consistency
Step-5
Pour whey batter on pan and scramble on low heat. should reach khova like consistency once done
Step-6
Mix with gajar and cook for 30 second
Step-7
garnish with nuts if desired
