Ingredients for Protein chocolate mug cake
- › 5 gm cocoa powder
- › Chocolate flavour Whey protein 25gm
- › 5 gm wheat flour
- › 40ml cow milk
- › 5gm chopped peanuts or almonds
- › 1 egg white (optional)
- › 5 gm honey
- › Baking powder 1 tsp
1. In a microwave proof mug, apply a little honey and grease the mug.
2. Add 1 scoop whey, baking powder, cocoa powder, wheat flour. Mix the dry items well.
3. Now add egg white, milk, chopped peanuts and honey. Mix it all well into a smooth batter.
4. Microwave this mix for 2mins. Voila! Enjoy.
