Protein chocolate mug cake
- 5 gm cocoa powder
- Chocolate flavour Whey protein 25gm
- 5 gm wheat flour
- 40ml cow milk
- 5gm chopped peanuts or almonds
- 1 egg white (optional)
- 5 gm honey
- Baking powder 1 tsp
In a microwave proof mug, apply a little honey and grease the mug.
Add 1 scoop whey, baking powder, cocoa powder, wheat flour. Mix the dry items well.
Now add egg white, milk, chopped peanuts and honey. Mix it all well into a smooth batter.
Microwave this mix for 2mins. Voila! Enjoy.
