Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients listbesan :- 30 g raw whey :- 1 scoop salt, pepper ( as per taste) turmeric (just a pinch) ghee :-10 gm (just brush up the pan) coriander 20 gm (optional)

Direction

Step-1

1) Take 1scoop raw whey and 30 gm/1scoop besan in a bowl .

Step-2

2) Add spices & coriander to bowl .

Step-3

3) Add water to it make smooth paste.

Step-4

4) Brush up the pan and put it flame.

Step-5

5) Add the paste to the pan.

Step-6

6) spread it according to your liking.

Step-7

7) turn when baked from one side.

Step-8

8) repeat with other side.

Step-9

9) your protein chilla is to serve . You can have curd as an add-on.
