- 10gm Almond,10gm walnut,cranberry 5gm
- whey protein 1 scoop
- Dates syrup (made of 20gm dates)
- 20gm oats
Dry roast oats,almond,walnut let it cool and grind it coarse.
Add Dates syrup ,whey protein,cranberry,vanilla essence, cinnamon powder.
Make the small equal balls and you can garnish with coconut shredd,cocoa powder etc within your macros.
