How to make protein bomb
Step-1
Soak the soya nuggets in hot water for 15 minutes. Once done, drain and squeeze. Give a quick churn in the mixer. Mix crumbled paneer and oats, salt, chaat masala, garam masala and mix it to give you a dough. Divide the dough into equisized balls. Then flatten one ball on your palm. In a separate bowl, mix sprouts, onions and salt. Put a small portion of the mixture in the flattened dough and then close it and shape it into a ball. The dough gave me 7 such balls. Heat the appam pan, drizzle ghee and slow roast the balls till well done from all sides. I served it with garlic chutney. You can skip the sprouts and the filling, even then this comes out very tasty and is an recipe.
