Protein banana pancakes
- 1 scoop whey protein
- 150g banana mashed
- 5 egg whites
- Pinch of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1-2g Unsweetened Cocoa Powder(Optional)
- 5g Olive Oil for greasing the pan
- Stevia sachet
Mix all of the ingredients together using either a blender or just a whisk to make the pancake batter.
Place a frying pan on the stove on low to medium heat and spray/brush it with oil.
Once the pan is hot enough,pour the pancake batter into the frying pan and cover it with a lid.
After a few minutes,bubbles will start forming on the surface of the pancake. Once the entire surface is covered with these bubbles it's ready to be flipped.
Another few minutes on the other side to take it off the pan. Garnish with some bananas or a calorie free syrup of your choice.
