Protein Banana Pan Cake
- 250 Ml milk. 1 tsp baking powder. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. 1 small banana. 1 scoop raw whey. 50 gm whole wheat.
- 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tbsp honey
mix all in a blender and keep it aside for 10 min. make small pancakes on non stick with drop of oil.
cocoa and honey mix well and pour it on pancakes.
