How to make Protein Banana Oats

Step-1

Add oats and water in a bowl and Microwave for 1 minute

Step-2

Meanwhile mesh half banana and slice other half

Step-3

Stir the Oats and mix with meshed banana, Microwave for another minute

Step-4

Add Cinnamon and Scoop of whey and mix well

Step-5

Add Honey/Sweetener/Sugar free syrup if you like your Oats sweeter.

Step-6

Top with Banana slices and shredded Almonds. Add Blueberries if you like tangy taste 😃
