  • Recipe Ingredients list1 Ripe Banana
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/2 Cup (40gm) Oats
  • Recipe Ingredients list1 Scoop Whey
  • Recipe Ingredients list12 Almonds
  • Recipe Ingredients list1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • Recipe Ingredients list2 Cup water
  • Recipe Ingredients listSweetener/Honey/Sugar free syrup (Optional)

Direction

Step-1

Add oats and water in a bowl and Microwave for 1 minute

Step-2

Meanwhile mesh half banana and slice other half

Step-3

Stir the Oats and mix with meshed banana, Microwave for another minute

Step-4

Add Cinnamon and Scoop of whey and mix well

Step-5

Add Honey/Sweetener/Sugar free syrup if you like your Oats sweeter.

Step-6

Top with Banana slices and shredded Almonds. Add Blueberries if you like tangy taste 😃
