2 scoop Mango flavoured whey
10 gm of Ghee
20 gm Almonds
10 gm of Fresh cream
Direction
Step-1
Add ghee on the pan then slowly add whey and almonds .T
Step-2
Roast the mixture in low flame for 2 min
Step-3
Add fresh cream to the mixture and mixed it properly
Step-4
Turn of the gas then allow the mixture cool down then bind them and make small balls like ladoo. Your protein ball is ready to eat.
