Ingredients for Protein baked Oats.
- › 40grams oats
- › 40grams banana
- › 1 scoop whey
- › 20ml milk
- › 5grams Chia/ flax seeds
- › 1 tsp Coffee
- › 1/2 tsp baking powder
1. Mash 40 grams of banana. All all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, blend until smooth and pour into a cup or any baking vessel. Bake for 20mins on 180 degrees. Enjoy!
