Ingredients for Pre Workout Peanut Butter Protein Balls
- › 1/3 cup peanut butter
- › 1/4 cup honey
- › 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
- › 3 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- › 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
Method
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Roll into 10 balls (about 1 tablespoon per serving)
2. Refrigerate overnight to firm up Balls for best results. Enjoy.... note well these are quite sweet due to the honey🐝🍯
