How to make Prawns soya masala

Step-1

Clean and devein the prawns Marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder, chilli powder

Step-2

Soak soya chunks in hot water, then squeeze to remove water, marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder, chilli powder

Step-3

In a nonstick pan heat oil ,Sauté chopped onion till brown ,then add tomato Keep stirring

Step-4

Then add marinated prawns Cook it , can add little water if needed

Step-5

Add soya chunks,dhania powder, small piece of tamarind/ kokum /juice of lemon 1 tsp (optional)

Step-6

Keep on medium flame till both prawns and soya chunks are cooked

Step-7

Adjust salt , garnish with fresh corriander leaves Enjoyyyy with rice or chapati / roti
