Ingredients for Prawns rice
- › Rice-50g
- › Prawns-170g
- › Ghee-20g
- › Salt,Red chill powder,turmeric,coriander powder,garam masala-as needed
- › Mint & coriander-for garnish
1. Boil prawns with some salt.
2. Cook rice & let it dry
3. To a pan,add ghee & sauté boiled prawns in turmeric. Then add all the other seasonings. Let it cook.
4. Add cooked rice & mix everything. Tada ready! Garnish with some leaves & green chilli(optional)
