How to make Prawns lauki pulao
Step-1
clean and devein prawns ,marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric,chilli powder& 1 tsp lemon juice, dhania powder
Step-2
Wash & drain rice
Step-3
In a pressure pan brush ghee & add whole spices , add rice and keep stirring for 2-3 mins
Step-4
Remove & keep aside
Step-5
Now heat remaining ghee ,add onion , stir till it is golden & transparent
Step-6
add turmeric ,ginger garlic paste ,finely chopped lauki , salt, stir , now add prawns , keep stirring for 2-3 mins
Step-7
Add double amount of water (rice : water 1:2)
Step-8
When the water boils add rice & Biryani/ pulao/ Garam masala-half tsp pressure cook
Step-9
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves ,and one tsp of shredded coconut
