  • Recipe Ingredients listPrawns- 250 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listRice - 70 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listEgg - 1
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee- 10 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listBeans,Capsicum,carrot,onion,garlic - finely chopped
  • Recipe Ingredients listPiri Piri Sauce or Sriracha Sauce or Schezwan Sauce - Any one

Direction

Step-1

Saute Prawns in a separate prawn

Step-2

cook egg separately

Step-3

Add Onion,garlic and other chopped veggies to a pan and cook at high flame for 5 mins

Step-4

Add soya sauce,vinegar and one of the sauces mentioned above to the veggies. I used Piri Piri Sauce.

Step-5

Add Steamed Rice, egg and prawns and cook for 5 mins at high flame
