How to make Prawn Rice Noodles
Step-1
Keep a sauce pan with water for boiling. Once the water reaches boiling point add in the noodles and boil for 7 mins or till done. Rinse in cold water and keep aside.
Step-2
In the meantime in a pan add the oil along with onions ginger garlic and saute till soft. Now add in the greens and prawns saute till all the water from prawns evaporates approx 6-8 mins. Add in soy sauce and give a mix.
Step-3
Add the boiled noodles from step 1 to the above mixture give a good mix add in nuts salt and pepper adjust to taste. Serve and Enjoy.
