Rice (any) 60gms
Akshayakalpa set curd 30ml
Ghee 20gms
Biriyani leaf, 2 cardomom and clove
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Garam masala 1tbsp
A pinch of piri piri powder
Splatter cardomom and clove in ghee. Add in thinly cut onion, one small chilli and spoon of ginger garlic paste
Add in tomatoes and cook till mushy
Add in curd and prawn and cook a couple of minutes
Add garam masala and mix the ingredients well.
Put the pre-soaked, washed rice to this and add twice the amount of coconut milk as the rice (milk extracted from gms of coconut meat)
Add salt, few mint leaves and once it comes to boil, cover and pressure cook in simmer for mins and turn off.
