Prawn Potato Taco
- Prawns 200 gm
- Potatoes 100 gm
- Butter 10 gm
- Onion 53 gm
- Whole wheat flour 50 gm (makes around 2 thin medium sized rotis)
Peel and dice the potatoes into bite size cubes. Pop into a preheated oven at 425 F for 30 min. I don’t use any oil and use parchment paper instead so potatoes don’t stick.
Add butter into a pan and let it melt. Saute onions. Add prawns, turmeric, chilli, garam masala, meat masala powder and toss well. Cook for 10 min or until done.
Assemble prawns and potatoes onto the roti in a taco form. You may add any condiment of your choice here. Donot forget to calculate the calories from them. Enjoy
