Ingredients for Prawn 🥥 Curry Rice
- › Prawns 200 gm
- › Rice 50 gm
- › Coconut oil 10 gm
- › Coconut milk 100 ml
- › Onion 1 medium
- › Tomato 🍅 1 medium
- › Tamarind pulp 10 gm- as per taste
- › Kashmiri chilli 2
- › Salt,turmeric,corainder powder,red chilli powder
1. Add oil to a pan and add onions and cook until brown
2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins
3. Add two kashmiri chillis
4. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 mins
5. make a fine paste of the above mixture using a blender
6. Add the paste to the pan and add 🥥 milk
7. Add spices mentioned above and add prawns and cook for 5-7 min approx.
8. Add 150 ml water and cover the lid and cook for 5 mins.
9. Garnish with corainder and serve with steamed rice!
