Prawn 🥥 Curry Rice
- Prawns 200 gm
- Rice 50 gm
- Coconut oil 10 gm
- Coconut milk 100 ml
- Onion 1 medium
- Tomato 🍅 1 medium
- Tamarind pulp 10 gm- as per taste
- Kashmiri chilli 2
- Salt,turmeric,corainder powder,red chilli powder
Add oil to a pan and add onions and cook until brown
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins
Add two kashmiri chillis
Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 mins
make a fine paste of the above mixture using a blender
Add the paste to the pan and add 🥥 milk
Add spices mentioned above and add prawns and cook for 5-7 min approx.
Add 150 ml water and cover the lid and cook for 5 mins.
Garnish with corainder and serve with steamed rice!
