  • Recipe Ingredients listCoconut oil 10 gm
  • Recipe Ingredients listCoconut milk 100 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listOnion 1 medium
  • Recipe Ingredients listTomato 🍅 1 medium
  • Recipe Ingredients listTamarind pulp 10 gm- as per taste
  • Recipe Ingredients listKashmiri chilli 2
  • Recipe Ingredients listSalt,turmeric,corainder powder,red chilli powder

Direction

Step-1

Add oil to a pan and add onions and cook until brown

Step-2

Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2-3 mins

Step-3

Add two kashmiri chillis

Step-4

Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-7 mins

Step-5

make a fine paste of the above mixture using a blender

Step-6

Add the paste to the pan and add 🥥 milk

Step-7

Add spices mentioned above and add prawns and cook for 5-7 min approx.

Step-8

Add 150 ml water and cover the lid and cook for 5 mins.

Step-9

Garnish with corainder and serve with steamed rice!
