How to make Potato Soya Bread Cutlets

Step-1

Boil Soya Chunks and potatoes (separately) and keep aside

Step-2

Take 2 slices of bread and crumble it

Step-3

Mix all the ingredients above, add some salt, red pepper, garam masala, chat masala and lemon. Knead it into a dough by adding 1 or 2 spoons of water. Make small balls to make cutlets of the desired shape. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Put it into the airfryer for 15 minutes. And it is Ready. Crispy oil free bread cutlets.
