Ingredients for Potato Peas Spinach Egg Frittata
- › egg onion spinach garlic peas potatoes
1. Slice potatoes and put them in boiling water for 4-5 mins.. in a pan add garlic, onions saute well.. add the beated eggs(I added salt pepper and chilli powder in eggs while beating) like you put for omlette.. then on top of it put spinach, peas, potatoes, sprinkle salt pepper Italian seasoning and then place the pan over a flat tawa.. just so that the stuff is cooked and not burned.. bcz the eggs tend to burn of put on direct pan on gas.. cover with a lid and let it cook for 8 mins.. ready for lunch.. I just drizzled lil bit cheese for presentation and 2 🍒 too
