Ingredients for potato leafy greens Salid
- › Cellary leaves Spinach Iceburg lettuce Italian basil chopped them all fine.
- › 1 onion, 1 tomato and 1 boiled potato
- › Dressing .. 4 cloves garlic , 2 green chillie , mustard oil Apple cider vinegar ... salt white and black ...I crush them with mortar and pestle .. You can use lemon and honey instead of ACV too
Method
1. chop all ingerident in fine long prefer to crush potato in big chunk by hand than by knife it adds taste
2. finely group all dressing ingeridents together pour it on salid and mix well
