Ingredients for Potato Galette
- › 100 gms Potato
- › 5 gms ghee
- › Salt
- › Black pepper
- › Garlic powder
- › dried mint leaves
1. Grate the potatoes
2. Squeeze the water from the grated potatoes, using a cotton cloth.
3. Heat an iron skillet / nonstick pan and apply a small amount of the ghee
4. Place the grated potato into a circular shape, sprinkle the salt, black pepper and dry mint leaves and cook it on medium heat for 5 min then lower it.
5. Keep flipping the Galette every 15 min until it forms a caramelized crust.
