How to make Potato Egg Omelatte
Step-1
Cut thin slices of potatoes and onions
Step-2
Saute potatoes and onions in 5 gm ghee for 7-10 minutes, until the potatoes are 80% cooked
Step-3
Add Spices
Step-4
Take a bowl and mix 4 whole eggs with cooked potatoes and onions. Add chilli and coriander leaves. Mix it properly
Step-5
Add 5 gm ghee in pan, add mixture on Pan, cover it with a lid. Cook on low flame for 7-10 minutes
