How to make pongal
Step-1
dry roast moong dal and rice in a pan
after that add 6 times of water to it and pressure cook for 4 whistles
for tempering add ghee 10gms and add curry leaves ginger small pieces cashew ,cumin roast nicely and add it to cooked rice
