Ingredients for Pointed Gourd ( Parwal) Bharta
- › 200 g Parwal
- › 75 g Onion
- › 3-4 Garlic
- › Spices
- › Salt
- › 1-2 Green chilli
- › Green Coriander
- › 1 lemon
Method
1. Chop the end of the pointed gourds.
2. Pressure cook it for one whistle with 1.5 cups of water.
3. Let it cool down.
4. Mash the Pointed gourd, add chopped garlic , onion , green chilli. Mix it well.
5. Add salt , lemon etc.
6. Garnish it with coriander and Pointed Gourd Bharta is ready to serve 😂
