How to make Pointed Gourd ( Parwal) Bharta
Chop the end of the pointed gourds.
Pressure cook it for one whistle with 1.5 cups of water.
Let it cool down.
Mash the Pointed gourd, add chopped garlic , onion , green chilli. Mix it well.
Add salt , lemon etc.
Garnish it with coriander and Pointed Gourd Bharta is ready to serve 😂
