Ingredients for Poha Kheer
- › Raw Poha 20grams
- › Double tonned milk 100ml
- › Walnut 10grams
- › Almonds 10grams
- › Raisins 10grams
1. Wash poha, drain all the excess water and keep aside
2. Bring milk to boil and add Poha
3. Chopp Walnuts and Almonds and add into milk
4. Add raisins
5. Cook for 10mins
6. One can also experiment with other dry fruits like cashews, anjir etc.
