Ingredients for Poha Bath
- › 8g Ghee 50g Raw Poha 30g bell pepper 10g onion coriander 1sp jeera 1sp Garam Masala 1/2sp Amchur powder 1/2sp Tumeric salt
1. poha have to soked with hot water. for the pan ghee + jeera + onion + bellpepper add Chilli powder + Garammasala + salt + Amchur powder + turmeric powder after frying add little bit of water and boil don't over cook. finally add coriander for the garnish. Have healthy food and live happily :)
