Ingredients for poha and potato roll
- › poha 30 gm
- › potato 100gm
- › chesse slice 1 piece
- › ginger
- › spices like coriander, chilli powder and cumin powder
Method
1. wash and soak poha till its mushy for 5 to 10 min
2. drain the poha properly and mash the poha
3. boil potatoes and grate in poha
4. add all the spices together with onion, green chilies and other vegetables like grated cauliflower etc
5. let it rest for 10 min
6. make small balls of poha and put some small pieces of cheese inside the balls and roll it properly
7. heat and grease the appe pan and add poha balls in it
8. cook till it's done from one side and then toss and turn to cook
9. once cooked enjoy with your favorite condiment like sauce or mint chutney
