poha 30 gm
potato 100gm
chesse slice 1 piece
ginger
spices like coriander, chilli powder and cumin powder
Direction
Step-1
wash and soak poha till its mushy for 5 to 10 min
Step-2
drain the poha properly and mash the poha
Step-3
boil potatoes and grate in poha
Step-4
add all the spices together with onion, green chilies and other vegetables like grated cauliflower etc
Step-5
let it rest for 10 min
Step-6
make small balls of poha and put some small pieces of cheese inside the balls and roll it properly
Step-7
heat and grease the appe pan and add poha balls in it
Step-8
cook till it's done from one side and then toss and turn to cook
Step-9
once cooked enjoy with your favorite condiment like sauce or mint chutney
