How to make poha

Step-1

Soak poha for around 10 minutes

Step-2

In a pan add oil once it is heated add mustard seeds once they start getting heated add cumin seeds along with some fresh curry leaves

Step-3

Add finely chopped onions , fry until it turns golden yellow-brown

Step-4

Add pinch of turmeric powder

Step-5

Add washed and soaked poha mix well

Step-6

Add finely chopped coriander leaves on top

Step-7

And it’s ready
