How to make Plain Rajasthani Kadhi
Step-1
In a pan add besan, curd and water and whisk . Add Salt and turmeric powder and put it on high flame until a boil and then lower the flame. Keep stirring throughout. This process will take approx. 15-20 mins.
Step-2
For Tadka put oil in separate pan add mustard seed then asafoetida, curry leaves, chopped green chilli, ginger and red chilli.
Step-3
Put Tadka in kadhi and your recipe is ready.
You can also add green veggies of your choices to make it little more healthy 😋
