- Rice - 50 Grams
- Urad Dal - 15 Grams
- Chala Dal - 3 Grams
- Methi Dana - 1/4 Tsp
- Ghee - 5 Grams
Wash rice and dal.
Soak dal, rice and methi Dana for 8 Hours.
Now remove water and blend it in a smooth batter with very little water.
Now keep it overnight for fermentation.
On next day mix salt and adjust water so the batter is of pouring consistency.
Now on a dosa tava, spread batter and add ghee.
Once it is crispy, roll it.
Enjoy with Coconut chutney or Sambhar 😋
