  • Recipe Ingredients listUrad Dal - 15 Grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listChala Dal - 3 Grams
  • Recipe Ingredients listMethi Dana - 1/4 Tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listGhee - 5 Grams

Direction

Step-1

Wash rice and dal.

Step-2

Soak dal, rice and methi Dana for 8 Hours.

Step-3

Now remove water and blend it in a smooth batter with very little water.

Step-4

Now keep it overnight for fermentation.

Step-5

On next day mix salt and adjust water so the batter is of pouring consistency.

Step-6

Now on a dosa tava, spread batter and add ghee.

Step-7

Once it is crispy, roll it.

Step-8

Enjoy with Coconut chutney or Sambhar 😋
