Dal 20 gms Rice 60 gms Soak the rice and dal (any) overnight. Make a fine paste early morning and then leave it aside for 3-4 hours. Now take the non stick pan and put the batter on the pan. Keep the high and after 2-4 minutes take the spetula and remove the dosa. Serve hot with 1tbsp of ketchup.
