  • Recipe Ingredients listSoya Flour - 15 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listCurd - 25 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listoil - 5 ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listMozrilla cheese - 50 gms
  • Recipe Ingredients listVegetables (Capsicum, Tomato, Onion)
  • Recipe Ingredients listPizza Sauce as per need
  • Recipe Ingredients listOregano as per need
  • Recipe Ingredients listChilli Flakes as per need
  • Recipe Ingredients listBaking powder - 1 tsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listBaking soda - a pinch

Direction

Step-1

For base - use dried sprouts and grind in the mixture.

Step-2

Add soya flour , baking soda, baking powder, curd, some salt and chilli flakes to the sprouts mixture

Step-3

Blend them well and keep it aside for 10 mins. ( can add more spices as per choice)

Step-4

Apply some oil to the pizza pan and spread the mixture to pan and bake it for ten minutes(or make it like usual besan chilla on tawa)

Step-5

Once a side is baked - flip the side and now add veges cheese orgenao chilli flakes to the cooked side and again keep it on heat untill cheese is fully melted

Step-6

Chilla pizza is ready to serve
