How to make pita broken wheat falafel
Step-1
wash the Dalia and boil it for 5 mins
Step-2
meanwhile chop vegetables

and slice tomatoes

prepare curd dressing by adding red garlic chutney,salt and onions

once Dalia is boiled mix above ingredients along with little wheat flour for binding and add soya and chilli sauce.
make small patties and stir fry it on a tawa

for the wheat pitas,
add little baking powder,salt to the wheat flour and allow it to sit for 5 minutes . then knead into a soft dough ,use little oil of required. cover the dough for 15 to 20 minutes. then roll it in a circle and put it on a medium hot tawa till it is fluffs on both the sides . then take it from the tawa and cut into 2 halves .
Step-7
for the final assembling
heat the pita bread on the tawa
slit the half pita bread from the centre carefully
add the curd dressing
add 1 slice of tomato and some onions
add the patty
